Tuition and Dates
2010 Dates & Prices:
June 22 to July 19: $4,100.00
July 20 to August 16: $4,100.00
Full Summer ~ June 22 to August 16: $7,000.00
APPLICATIONS RECEIVED WITH DEPOSITS PRIOR TO JANUARY 1, 2010 WILL RECEIVE A 10% DISCOUNT.
The Tuition covers all expenses except for those listed below.
1. The Yellowstone-Teton Caravan costs $300.00.
2. Climbing school and day climb costs will depend on level and duration of climbs. Prices will be approximately $550.00.
3. The Wyoming State Sales Tax and travel from the Billings or Cody airports to the Ranch are covered in the tuition.
4. We suggest that each rancher and trekker have $100 in the Canteen Fund to cover miscellaneous expenses such as fishing licenses, laundry, spending money on trips, and other personal purchases. Any unused funds are returned to the parents at the end of the summer. If the account has been overdrawn the ranch bills the parents directly.
5. Trekkers can rent backpacks and sleeping bags. The charge for each is $50.00 per session.
6. We make arrangements with a travel agency to organize each individual’s trip to and from the ranch. Upon receipt of your application and deposit, we will contact the agency giving them all the necessary information. The agency will in turn notify you at least one month before departure about the fi nal travel plans. This arrangement allows all ranchers and trekkers to travel as groups while at the same time enabling us to coordinate our surface transportation between the airports and Sunlight. There will be an additional $150.00 charged for Billings arrivals after 6:00 P.M. and Billings arrivals or departures on non-scheduled days.
